How to run GeoAquaCrop for gridded yield

How it is run today: Self-host open weights or process code

GeoAquaCrop is a process-based crop-water and yield simulation inspired by FAO AquaCrop, runnable point-wise via AquaCrop-OSPy or gridded over regions (preprocess โ†’ simulate โ†’ visualize).

There is no third-party hosted GeoAquaCrop API that we found. Hosting a private endpoint yourself is realistic. This is a CPU-heavy process model, not a giant neural net. GPU is not required. License is Apache-2.0.

The customer supplies an AOI polygon, years, crop, and irrigation regime; a Copernicus CDS token for some climate pulls; and optional observed yields for bias correction.

Honest caveat from upstream: this is not the official FAO AquaCrop binary, and some FAO features are still missing per the README. We did not write AquaCrop. We do not guarantee yield. We do not already host this.
